You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
Hygiene items
For hygiene reasons, oral care products (toothbrushes, brush heads, flosser tips, whitening gel) can be returned only if unopened and in their original packaging. Defective or damaged items are always replaced or refunded.
How to start a return
Email support@seelaunch-hub.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions within 24 hours. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
