Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders ship from our US warehouses and arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Some items ship from international warehouses and take 7 to 15 business days; the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $35. A flat rate of $4.99 applies to smaller orders.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will resolve it.
